According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, March natural gas futures were trading at USD2.36 per million British thermal units at time of writing, down 1.30%.
It was previously trading at a session low of USD2.32 per million British thermal units. Natural gas may find support at USD2.316 and resistance at USD2.623.
The dollar index futures, which measures the performance of the greenback against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.58% to trade at USD104.39.
Meanwhile on NYMEX, Crude Oil for March fell 1.67% to trade at USD77.18 a barrel while Heating Oil for March fell 2.61% to trade at USD2.74 per gallon.
